What Screen Time permission does

Apple provides dedicated frameworks for apps that help people manage device use. Just This uses them to run focus sessions and protect recurring schedules.

The permission lets the app block and unblock chosen applications. It does not reveal messages, posts, browsing history or anything inside those apps.

More deliberate than a daily limit

A generic allowance measures total use. A Just This session starts with a purpose: write one intention, choose a duration and decide how strict the boundary should be.

Sessions can be started manually or protected with recurring schedules.

On-device from start to finish

There is no Just This account, cloud sync or backend. App selections, intentions, schedules and statistics remain in local app storage.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Just This never receives your card details.

Set the boundary once.
