These terms cover your use of Just This, an iOS focus app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you don't, just don't use the app.
Just This helps you block distracting apps on your iPhone using Apple's Screen Time framework. It is a focus tool, nothing more — not a medical, safety, or productivity-guarantee product. You're responsible for how you use it.
Just This is an auto-renewable subscription. We currently offer two plans:
Prices are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store before you buy.
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription at $29.99. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
You can cancel anytime from your App Store account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We can't cancel a subscription for you — Apple manages all billing.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms — not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Just This on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard EULA, which applies to this app. You may not copy, resell, reverse- engineer, or tamper with the app except where the law says you can.
The app is provided "as is." We do our best to make interception reliable, but it depends on Apple's Screen Time APIs and your device, and we can't promise it will block every app perfectly or be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app.
We may update the app and these terms over time. If the terms change materially, the date below changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
